Windows Password Reset

One of the most commonly used security tools I use is the Windows Password Reset/Crack. I’ve searched around the web for quite some time, and by far the most simple and effective solution is to burn a bootable Linux CD which will let you scan your hard drive and reset specific SAM hashes, effectively setting/resetting the password for the specified account.
You may find the files located near the bottom of this page:

Make sure you burn the iso as an image to a CD, if you just put the image file on the disk as an ISO file it won’t work. (it won’t be bootable)

For help burning an ISO to a disk this utility also makes it really easy: http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm
